HOUSE RULES
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, we kindly ask you to respect the following house rules.
- Age requirement
- Admission is 21+ with some 18+ exceptions (please check the event page). Bring a valid ID for verification.
- Opening hours
- Doors open at the start of the event and close 1 hour before the end. No entry is permitted after doors close.
- Payment
- We accept PIN transactions (Mastercard, Visa & Maestro) and cash. Cash cards are available at the Timmerlokaal.
- Lockers
- Small and big lockers are available (€7.75 / €9.75). Payable by cash or card.
- Smoking policy
- Smoking is only allowed in the designated smoking area outside. Smoking inside the venue is prohibited.
- Ear protection
- Earplugs are available for purchase to protect your hearing during the event.
- Respect and inclusivity
- Het Sieraad is a space where everyone should feel welcome and safe. Discrimination, harassment or disrespectful behaviour of any kind will not be tolerated.
- Photography and recording
- Professional photography or recording equipment is not allowed without prior permission. Enjoy the moment without looking too much at your screen.
- Lost and found
- Lost something? Email lostandfound@het-sieraad.nl. Found items are kept at the cloakroom for two months.
- Safety first
- If you feel unwell or need assistance, approach any member of our staff — they are there to help.
- Dress code
- No strict dress code, but visitors must appear neat. No sportswear (joggers, football shirts) unless explicitly accepted during themed events.
- Zero tolerance (drugs & weapons)
- Possession of drugs or weapons means immediate denial of entry; authorities are contacted if necessary. Use inside the venue is not allowed and leads to removal without refund.
- Prohibited items
- Chewing gum (due to the historic nature of our building) and nasal sprays are strictly prohibited inside the venue.
